Job summary

Stryker in Sweden is seeking a Clinical Mako Support Specialist to partner with surgeons and OR teams on robotic-assisted hip, knee, and partial knee procedures. You will prepare CT-based plans, review surgical plans with surgeons, and ensure robotic equipment readiness.

The role involves 90% travel within the territory, training in English, and a 11.5-month maternity leave cover with comprehensive onboarding and certification to become a certified MAKO Product Specialist.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of clinical/healthcare or medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons, nurses, and OR teams during robotic-assisted hip, knee, and partial knee replacements.
• Prepare and review patient-specific pre-operative CT-based surgical plans and 3D models.
• Collaborate with surgeons to finalize surgical plans before procedures.
• Set up, test, and support robotic surgical equipment to ensure readiness.
• Provide clinical and technical training on robotic-assisted technology to healthcare professionals.
