Job summary

Medtronic in Sweden is seeking a field-based Technical Consultant to support spine procedures in Västra Götalandsregionen. You will work alongside surgeons, OR teams and commercial colleagues to ensure safe use of spine technologies, deliver training and manage inventory programs across assigned accounts.

Success requires a Bachelor’s degree with medical device/clinical experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and willingness to travel extensively within Sweden to support customer needs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in medical device industry or clinical setting.
• Experience supporting operating room procedures.
• Fluency in Swedish and English with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre clinical and technical support during spine procedures.
• Deliver product training and procedural education to surgeons and OR staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training programs.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams.
• Manage inventories and support product launches.
• Escalate feedback and field actions per policy.
