H&M is seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive the data and analytics agenda across Commercial. You will lead high-impact analytics initiatives, shape data roadmaps, set KPIs and deliver production-ready solutions to guide key business decisions.

You will act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, manage complex projects end-to-end, and mentor colleagues in data storytelling and best practices within a global, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in product, business analytics or data engineering in ecommerce/retail or tech domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R with git and cloud analytics platforms (GCP/Databricks).
• Academic degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, high-impact analytics initiatives from concept to production-ready solutions.
• Set KPIs, shape data roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and promote data storytelling across teams.
