Job summary

H&M is seeking a Data Analyst Manager for the Marketing Insights & Steering team in Stockholm. You will lead a team of analysts while remaining hands-on in analytics, shaping delivery, capability development and strategic initiatives.

You will translate business questions into analytical solutions, guide data-informed decisions, and drive improvements across data governance and reporting practices. An in-office presence is required four days a week in Stockholm.

• Experience leading analytics teams and delivery.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and scalable reporting.
