Acne Studios in Stockholm HQ is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to turn data into decisions across the global Supply Chain. You will deliver reporting from daily KPI follow-up to budget for global 3PL warehouses and drive data integration projects into our data platform.

You will automate manual tasks, develop AI-driven reporting and tools, and collaborate with Finance, IT/Data, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate, accessible data and governance. Fluent English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• At least two years of professional analytical experience in supply chain, logistics, or business controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports in BI tools such as Power BI.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate tasks or support analysis.
• Strong IT and system skills, with ERP like Microsoft D365 and PLM like Centric PLM as plus.
• Experience with data modelling, semantic layers, and querying (SQL, Python, Databricks).
• Experience from retail, fashion, or international business models is meriting.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality reporting and analyses for the global Supply Chain to provide reliable data and data-driven decisions.
• Own and develop recurring KPI and performance reporting, including daily KPI/SLA follow-up and monthly warehouse performance.
• Maintain and develop Supply Chain reporting in Power BI and support semantic model development.
• Prepare the annual OPEX budget and follow-ups for global 3PL warehouses with volume forecasts for staffing and transport cost reports.
• Integrate Supply Chain data into Databricks and prepare data for Power BI reporting and AI use cases.
• Develop automations, AI-driven reporting, and tools within the Supply Chain AI environment.
• Hold operational responsibility for Supply Chain data governance and critical processes.
