Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm seeks an analytics-driven professional to join the In-Season Optimisation team within Supply Chain. You’ll translate business questions into data-driven insights using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools to improve product performance.

Collaborate across functions, build models, monitor KPIs, and communicate findings to drive strategic decisions for fashion retail and e-commerce. The role involves Gen-AI workflows and modern data practices.

Qualifications

• A degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in analytics roles within retail, fashion, or tech-driven companies, ideally linked to product or business development, with focus on Supply Chain.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R. Experience using modern data tools such as Git, Dataform and dbt is a plus.
• A solid understanding of analytical methods applied to real-world data problems.
• Experience using data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and objectives into data-driven insights, helping understand performance and guide strategic decisions across the value chain.
• Support the analysis and optimization of digital fulfilment flows, ensuring efficient inventory utilization, order sourcing, and customer delivery.
• Understand cross-functional initiatives and programs and how they impact decisions.
• Translate large data volumes into actionable insights that guide strategy for fashion retail and e-commerce.
• Define, monitor, and visualize KPIs to drive transparency and measure success.
• Lead data modelling conversations to ensure optimal data structures and model performance within your product area.
• Act as the go-to analytics expert collaborating end-to-end on data-driven business development, value realization and business case validation.
