As Strategy & Business Development Manager you will analyze the Wholesale business and turn insights into impactful actions. You will work broadly across the Wholesale organization, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement, conduct market analysis to understand industry developments, competitive dynamics, and future trends, and evaluate how Wholesale can best support Telia’s business. Based on your insights you will develop recommendations that strengthen both commercial performance and strategic positioning.
A central part of the role is cross‑functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams within Wholesale, across Infra, and the rest of Telia to drive strategic initiatives forward, building strong relationships with stakeholders and aligning priorities.
You will also develop a strong understanding of the wholesale market and its regulatory environment, identifying how to maximize business outcomes within existing frameworks.
You are analytical, proactive and business‑driven, with the ability to move between strategy and execution. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive results.
