Job summary

FDJ UNITED is seeking a Technical Project & Performance Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technical projects and govern portfolio performance. You will work with the Head of Strategic Planning and Delivery and partner with Tech Management, including directors and senior leads, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

You will develop and maintain visually engaging dashboards and KPI frameworks, translating complex data into clear reports for executives and technical teams

Qualifications

Proven experience as Technical Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in a tech-driven org.
Strong delivery governance with portfolio-wide reporting and KPI focus.
Excellent data visualisation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of key technical strategic projects with baselined budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align goals, deliverables and resource allocation.
Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate technical resources across teams to ensure required skills and tools.
Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards for leadership and non-technical audiences.
