What you will do

• Act as a Tech Delivery expert and Leader, deploy agile development and delivery methods, and ensure human centered design thinking principles are embraced.
• Liaise with business delivery teams and key stakeholders to secure efficient management of two critical backlogs and handle new business initiatives.
• Ensure maximum business value of scheduled work, define requirements, translate them into Epics and User Stories, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the teams by participating in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Provide full visibility and transparency on capacity planning, communicate capacity and estimations to stakeholders.
• Track effectiveness and productivity metrics (velocity, burn‑down, etc.) against expected deliveries.
• Improve work processes with the teams to maximize throughput.
• Engage close communication with business owners, UX, Product Owners and technical teams on upcoming and ongoing initiatives and release schedules.
• Act as a lead coordinator when needed, manage delivery from start to end, and drive progress across multiple teams and backlogs.
• Ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance obligations, identify and raise non‑compliance incidents, and complete mandatory compliance training.
• Actively contribute to new ways of working and structuring backlogs for the central web platform.

Your Experience

• Proven experience and knowledge in web‑based applications and technology.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner.
