Job summary

FDJ UNITED is seeking an IT Service Continuity Manager to establish and grow the ITSCM framework across the organisation in Sweden. You will govern policy, scope, and alignment with business priorities while coordinating with IT, risk, procurement, and crisis management teams.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement, with strong communication skills, influencing without authority, and a focus on resilience in a regulated, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT governance, IT resilience, IT risk, or service management.
• Proven experience implementing or managing IT continuity frameworks.
• Experience with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience working in regulated environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ITSCM governance model and scope.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and structured steering mechanisms.
• Coordinate with IT, risk, and crisis management teams.
• Ensure third-party continuity alignment and contractual mapping.
• Define and implement testing framework and lessons learned.
• Maintain documentation, reviews, and continuous improvement.
