Job summary
Viaplay Group in Stockholm is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for software, technology services and partnerships within the Product, Data & Technology organisation.
You will drive the full procurement lifecycle, collaborate with Legal and Finance, and support large-scale tech projects to secure value-driven agreements across the business.
Qualifications
- Extensive procurement experience in technology, software, IT services, or related field.
- End-to-end procurement process management from sourcing to contract management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations and contract discussions with technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requirement gathering to contract execution and renewal.
- Drive software, licensing and IT services procurement across the Product, Data & Technology organisation.
- Build and maintain relationships with Legal and Finance, providing clear commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate opportunities and develop business cases to support sourcing decisions with cost optimisation.
- Support large-scale technology projects and procurement initiatives ensuring timely delivery.
