Job summary

Vivicta is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead software licensing and technology sourcing across our Nordic operations. You will partner with Legal, Security & Compliance and Finance, champion strategic initiatives, negotiate major contracts, and optimize supplier performance in a global, matrixed organization.

This role offers a hybrid work model with international collaboration. Location options include Espoo, Stockholm or Riga, with meaningful business impact and growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing with a focus on software technologies.
• Proven track record negotiating complex software/IT contracts.
• Experience in international/matrix organizations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing opportunities pipeline and execute strategic sourcing initiatives (software licensing).
• Develop category plans and quantify financial impact for sourcing initiatives.
• Lead cost- and supplier-optimization proposals and negotiations for large initiatives.
• Manage supplier lifecycle activities, onboarding, exit planning and performance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security & Compliance, Sustainability and Finance on requirements.
• Ensure compliant, efficient P2P processes and maintain governance adherence.
