Job summary

Nordic Investin Group Aktiebolag is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for complex services and equipment, aligning market strategy with delivery goals. You will coordinate technical owners, legal, finance and suppliers to achieve a defensible commercial outcome.

You will own substantial outcomes, manage risk early and move work forward with practical alternatives, while maintaining strong senior-level supplier relationships and governance.

Qualifications

Senior procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
Evidence of leading complex competitive tenders.
Strong commercial and contractual negotiation capability.
Ability to understand detailed scopes and delivery plans.
Structured stakeholder and project management skills.
Professional English and confidence with senior suppliers.

Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategy and procurement project plans.
Translate business and technical needs into clear tender material.
Lead supplier qualification, evaluation and negotiation.
Coordinate commercial, legal and technical workstreams.
Manage procurement risks, decisions and executive approvals.
Support contract mobilisation and supplier handover.
