Job summary

Coretura AB, a JV backed by Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, seeks a senior Buyer for V&P procurement. You will develop the sourcing strategy, lead supplier negotiations, and build long-term partnerships to optimize cost, quality, and supply security.

You will also ensure IP, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements are addressed before any commitment, maintaining compliance and resilience in the supply base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement with proven software sourcing experience.
• Background in Vision & Perception or related domains; hardware sourcing (sensors/radar) is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and a sharp commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the sourcing strategy for V&P.
• Lead supplier selection, run contract negotiations, and turn key suppliers into long-term partners.
• Drive cost, quality, supply security, and resilience across your segment; act as the main commercial contact for suppliers.
• Ensure IP, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements are covered before commitments.
