Legora AB is seeking a Strategic Programs Lead to own the rollout programs for our most strategic legal-tech accounts. You will coordinate across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to turn ambitious rollouts into measurable outcomes.

This role requires ambiguity tolerance, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on execution. You’ll work in person five days a week to drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation/implementation-focused roles.
• Proven leadership: led programs, workstreams, or teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or Management Consulting) is highly preferred.
• Strong change management instincts and ability to drive adoption across stakeholders.
• PowerPoint power-user with ability to produce boardroom-ready decks quickly.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Obsessed with user adoption and responding to client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication with the ability to influence across teams.
• Proactive ownership mindset and practical problem-solving with execution focus.
• Hands-on, relentless, get-it-done mindset, comfortable working in person five days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the end-to-end rollout program for strategic accounts, including planning and execution across multi-office launches.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to ensure adoption.
• Coordinate resources to deliver local and cross-border implementations with global best practices.
• Own success metrics and governance, define good outcomes, and establish reporting cadences.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify friction points, proposing strategic interventions.
• Turn rollout learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks.
• Act as a connective layer across teams to drive clarity, prioritization, and progress.
• Bring execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems and push work to completion.
