Job summary

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Legora seeks a seasoned program manager to operationalize major product launches and marketing programs, keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one so work ships on time and lands with impact.

You’ll own the launch plan, track workstreams, and ensure accountability while coordinating with PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in program management, project management, marketing operations, or cross-functional coordination.
• Track record of running multi-workstream projects to deadline with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives.
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors to deliver against scope and deadlines.
• Sharp written and verbal communication; ability to make complex status legible to busy people.
• Strong instincts for prioritization, triage, and knowing when to elevate.
• Fluency with project and collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, Linear or equivalents).
• Bonus: exposure to product launches, B2B SaaS, or the legal/professional-services space.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize launches end to end and own the launch plan.
• Drive marketing programs to completion, managing campaigns and content programs.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned across PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM.
• Build the operating rhythm with trackers, calendars, and retrospectives.
• Protect the timeline by triaging and elevating priorities as needed.
• Manage external agency relationships and ensure output meets scope and deadlines.
