Job summary

Bookboost is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and monetize our ecosystem of hotel technology partners, PMS providers, distribution networks, and consultants. You will convert alliances into revenue by enabling partners and running co-marketing and enablement motions across the network.

You will own partner revenue against annual targets, drive signed partnerships, and collaborate with product, marketing and sales to deliver joint go-to-market strategies in a fast-moving hospitality tech

Qualifications

5+ years in partnerships, BD or channel management in SaaS or hospitality tech.
Proven revenue pipeline and closed deals.
Strong negotiation and terms structuring.
Experience in designing partnerships and frameworks.
AI fluency with Claude or ability to adopt.
Technical credibility in APIs and data architectures.
Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against a clear annual target.
Cadence of new signed partnerships, balanced across consultants and integrations.
Partner enablement: onboarding, certification and continuous capability building.
Joint go-to-market with our Marketing team: content, campaigns, events.
Negotiating and structuring agreements that deliver mutual value.
Performance analysis across the portfolio, doubling down on what works.
