Job summary

Vattenfall GmbH is seeking a P&C Business Partner to join our Business Area Customers & Solutions in Solna. The ideal candidate will deliver HR expertise and be a trusted advisor while driving procedures that support our business.

Your role will involve managing P&C topics and providing valuable insights to achieve business goals. We are looking for approximately 10 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of working experience in the field of HR; of which several as BP.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Solid experience in HR and knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all possible P&C topics within the Nordics teams.
• Provide professional P&C advice and drive HR processes.
• Contribute to and drive a common way of working across BUs.
