Job summary

Instabee in Stockholm is seeking a Decision Analyst to help the business make smarter, faster decisions by partnering with product, operations, tech and other teams. You’ll structure ambiguous problems, evaluate new data sources, and communicate clear recommendations to drive impact.

You’ll join a tight-knit team that values curiosity, collaboration and real-world outcomes. The role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the development of practical tools, with a hybrid work setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, finance, economics or related field.
• 4+ years in a data-heavy environment.
• Experience presenting solutions to senior management.
• Experience solving business problems and improving ways of working.
• Experience driving impact and guiding stakeholders to change.
• Experience using AI coding tools.
• Experience with data processing and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint/Slides).

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex and ambiguous problems with structure and decisive action.
• Translate data into concise, actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collaborate across teams to co-create smart solutions and drive real change.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously explore and integrate new data sources to strengthen decision-making.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build tailored tools or frameworks that improve how we work.
• Act as a go-to person for analytical support and guide ad-hoc analysis.
