Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a senior leader to serve as Deputy Head of Modern Infrastructure and Head of the Transformation Office within Group IT. You will shape the unit's direction, translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, and drive transformation across infrastructure services and operations.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with transformation offices and cross-functional programs in large organisations.
• Experience in vendor management, including supplier relationships and performance follow-up.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transformation Office and drive prioritised initiatives with Area Managers.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost transparency across the unit.
• Coordinate vendor management, performance reviews and supplier relationships.
• Establish and monitor performance measures to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
