Job summary

Saab AB in Sweden seeks a seasoned leader to serve as Deputy Head of Core Enterprise Platforms & Applications and Head of the Transformation Office within Group IT, shaping the unit's direction and turning strategic priorities into measurable results.

You will lead transformation capabilities, vendor management and performance management across enterprise platforms, business applications, data and AI, collaborating with Area Managers, stakeholders and vendors to drive progress and accountable

Qualifications

Experience leading teams and delivering results in large IT environments.
Ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Strong vendor relationships and performance management practices.
Familiarity with data, AI, cloud and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead the Transformation Office and build capabilities for future business and technology demands.
Drive performance management and vendor management across the unit.
Translate the unit's strategic roadmap into prioritised initiatives and progress with Area Managers.
Establish guardrails for decentralised delivery while ensuring common platforms.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business partners and vendors to move priorities forward.
