Job summary

Saab AB invites a senior leader to serve as Head of IT Digital Transformation Office within the CIO Office. You will guide Saab's strategic transformation, turning priorities into coordinated delivery and measurable business outcomes across the organisation.

You will integrate PMO capabilities with programme and project leadership, architecture, business analysis and change management to strengthen delivery across Group IT, Business Areas and Group Functions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology-enabled transformation in complex organisations.
• Experience advising and influencing senior leaders in complex organisations.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience from defence or security-sensitive industries is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the area.
• Drive the execution of strategic transformation programmes and projects across Saab.
• Lead Saab’s shared PMO capability, establishing common practices for execution follow-up and reporting.
• Manage dependencies across programmes and projects and drive resolution of issues that affect delivery.
• Provide senior management with a consolidated Saab-wide view of programme progress, risks, and decisions.
