Job summary

NOBA Bank Group seeks a strategic Head of Credit Underwriting and Decision Analytics to shape how credit decisions are designed and executed across risk, pricing and compliance. You will lead a specialized analytics team and partner with senior stakeholders to drive underwriting strategy and outcomes.

The role requires an M.Sc. or equivalent, extensive banking and quantitative analysis experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or equivalent in a demanding field.
• Experience in banking, quantitative analysis, and driving initiatives in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• University-level mathematics and strong analytical judgment.

• Design, develop and optimize the credit process across all facilities.
• Balance pricing, risk, compliance and technical perspectives in every decision.
• Lead and develop lead analysts and a broader analytics team.
