Job summary

NOBA Bank Group seeks a Head of Credit Data to shape the data foundation behind credit decisions. You will decide data sources, set requirements, and partner with data engineers to deliver high-quality input for scorecards, rules, analytics and AI tools.

You will own agreements with credit bureaus and external providers across multiple Nordic markets, manage a ~100 MSEK budget, and lead a skilled team to deliver measurable value from data.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or equivalent with university-level mathematics and strong analytical judgment.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Nordic credit data market with hands-on bureau experience.
• Senior banking or consumer credit experience and understanding of how data feeds models and analytics.
• Proven software development skills and experience managing large software projects end to end.
• Ability to communicate across business and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set requirements and structure of credit data for scorecards, rules, analytics and AI tools.
• Increase return on NOBA data across teams.
• Own agreements with credit bureaus and external data providers across multiple countries with cost optimization.
• Collaborate with credit business to turn priorities into data deliveries.
• Provide strategic leadership for the NOBA Credit Data function.
