Job summary

NOBA Bank Group's Credit & Analytics department is at the forefront of the Nordics, focusing on automated underwriting and risk performance. In this role, you will help shape our Danish unsecured portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

You will bring credit risk expertise, strong data skills, and experience with tools like R, Python or SAS to monitor risk and support decision-making. Fluency in English is required, and Danish exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in credit risk within the Danish market.
• Knowledge of credit bureau data, regulatory requirements and market-specific credit risk factors for Denmark.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex findings in an understandable way.
• Experience with analytical tools such as R, Python, SAS or SQL/Databricks.
• A degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics or Data Science.
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, product and cross-functional teams, bringing credit risk expertise into business decisions
• Work with data and data structures to build a strong foundation for monitoring and connect insights to business and risk outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit risk strategies, tools and processes
• Develop and enhance data-driven monitoring and reporting for proactive risk management
• Understand how data flows through our systems to identify opportunities and improve decision-making
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike
