Job summary

Rusta seeks a seasoned Procurement Manager- Indirect Materials to build and lead a modern, data-driven indirect procurement function from our head office in Upplands Väsby. You will drive strategy, governance and category plans, partnering with Finance, IT, HR, Marketing and Retail to unlock value.

You will lead sourcing projects, supplier management and contract governance, delivering spend visibility and procurement excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management, incl. indirect procurement.
• Proven ability to build procurement strategies, category plans and governance.
• Strong track record in negotiations, supplier management and contract management.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset turning spend data into priorities and decisions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and operating model for indirect procurement across the organization.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations across multiple indirect spend categories.
• Strengthen supplier and contract management with governance, risk and compliance practices.
• Create governance and transparency in procurement processes to reduce reliance on local knowledge.
• Drive digitalization, spend analytics and ERP-enabled procurement processes.
• Deliver measurable savings and value improvements with clear KPIs and tracking.
• Lead change through collaboration and develop commercial capability across the organization.
