Job summary

Swedish Match is recruiting a Procurement Account Lead in Stockholm to manage assigned categories within Indirect Materials and Services. You will work as a strategic partner, delivering proactive procurement expertise with cross-functional colleagues to meet market needs.

You will lead stakeholder engagements, develop sourcing plans, and drive value through strategic negotiations and supplier relationships, while aligning with PMI standards and regional/local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement sourcing experience.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
• Proven ability to provide proactive, strategic procurement support to partners.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaborative, inclusive working style with a drive for excellence.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to align local, regional, and global sourcing plans.
• Benchmark market needs to define sourcing strategies.
• Translate business requirements into actionable demand plans.
• Coordinate negotiations and build cross-functional leverage.
• Monitor contractual templates for local legal requirements.
• Segment suppliers and manage SRM to reduce risk.
• Contribute to Procure-to-Pay process improvements.
