Swedish Match is recruiting a Procurement Account Lead to join our Indirect Materials and Services (IM&S) Procurement team in Stockholm, Sweden. You will lead assigned categories, act as a strategic partner, and deliver plans that meet market needs.

You will engage stakeholders, drive sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliant processes while helping to deliver a smoke-free future. This role offers collaboration across functions and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement sourcing, preferably across Sales & Marketing categories.
• Validated experience in Supplier Relationship Management, and evidence of developing beneficial relationships.
• Demonstrated experience of delivering proactive and strategic procurement support to partners.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A collaborative, inclusive working style and a passion for achieving excellence together.
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter who is comfortable working both as part of a team, as well and acting with autonomy to consistently deliver excellence.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement: meet business partners to understand needs and align local/global sourcing plans.
• Industry, market and supplier strategy: benchmark and anticipate sourcing needs.
• Demand management and sourcing plans: translate requirements into actionable plans and mitigate risks.
• Negotiation & partnership: coordinate negotiations and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Contractual framework: ensure templates meet legal and business needs and advise on clauses.
• Supplier relationship management: segment suppliers and drive value creation and risk reduction.
• Procurement model & compliance: support P2P processes and ensure compliance and efficiency.
