About the role

We are looking for (Senior) Sourcing Managers to join the Strategic Sourcing team in Solna, Sweden. The role focuses on Indirect and IT categories, working closely with business stakeholders and suppliers.

The purpose is to support stakeholders in leveraging market capabilities, selecting suppliers that best fit business needs and projects, and leading RFx design, execution, and contract negotiations to secure robust sourcing outcomes. As part of the category team, you will lead SRM processes and contract lifecycle management for assigned suppliers in collaboration with procurement and business stakeholders. The role level will be aligned based on scope, complexity, and business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Support stakeholders and projects in planning sourcing activities using market and supplier capabilities
• Manage sourcing events across varying complexity levels and categories; own sourcing planning, RFx design, execution, and stakeholder communication
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes
• Ensure contract hand‑over to business and S2P for spend channel implementation
• Ensure compliance with sourcing processes, governance, regulations and audit trail
• Actively participate in category teamwork, ensuring necessary information flow for category creation and strategy execution
• Lead SRM and CLM activities for assigned suppliers in collaboration with procurement and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree
• At least 3‑5 years of relevant sourcing experience
• Strong understanding of supplier base and products or services within Indirect categories
• Experience in contract negotiations and SRM/CLM processes
• Knowledge of legal contract terms and relevant regulations in your category area
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) category is a significant advantage
• Experience in an international work environment is a plus
• Working proficiency in Finnish is a plus
