ASSA ABLOY Group in Landskrona is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with managers and employees across the Landskrona site. You will support the employee lifecycle, drive HR processes, and help create a positive, compliant workplace in an international environment.

You will lead salary reviews, performance management, employee surveys, and development initiatives while ensuring alignment with Health & Safety, HR policies, and local labour law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labour law and MBL consultations
• Experience leading core HR processes: salary reviews, performance management, employee surveys
• Experience in international matrix organizations; strong Swedish & English communication
• Proficiency with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)

Responsabilités

• Advise managers and employees on leadership, organizational development, employee relations, and Swedish labour law (MBL consultations)
• Drive leadership and talent development while promoting engagement and positive culture
• Lead annual HR processes: salary reviews, performance management, employee surveys, and related initiatives
• Facilitate recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition and help develop organizational capability
• Oversee Health & Safety, HR policies, compliance, and people processes to ensure a safe, compliant workplace
