Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of customer‑centric solutions that drive business growth and create value for our customers.
• Align global platforms with local market needs while leading the Development and Support organization to deliver innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with commercial teams, product management, and global stakeholders to strengthen our market position, enhance the customer experience, and support the growth of our access control and connected care solutions.
• Drive the solution strategy and growth agenda, turning business needs into market‑relevant offerings that create customer value.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to strengthen revenue growth, market position, and customer value propositions.
• Lead, develop, and transform the Development, Software Design, and Solution Development.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across development, focusing on quality, efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Establish clear goals, governance, and KPIs while fostering a customer‑focused, collaborative, and high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within solution development, product management, commercial development, or related functions.
• Track record of driving growth and innovation, developing customer‑centric value propositions, bringing solutions to market, and creating measurable business impact.
• Experience in technology‑driven environments, preferably within access solutions, IoT, connected care, or similar industries, including cloud‑based platforms, products, or services.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation and organizational development, building capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and navigating complex change initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization, build lasting relationships, and communicate clearly in English (Swedish is an advantage).
