Job summary

Stoneridge Electronics in Örebro is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Operations team and drive HR initiatives for ~300 onsite employees. You’ll partner with local management, collaborate with the Swedish HR team, and influence local and global HR strategies.

You are proactive, solution oriented, and fluent in Swedish and English, with a background in HR and experience in production environments. The role reports to the HR Manager in Örebro.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Workday experience a plus.
• Experience in production environment preferred.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Coach and drive work across the HR cycle and empower managers.
• Establish trusted partnerships with managers to retain and develop staff.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support to meet local and global objectives.
• Collaborate with Swedish HR team and participate in HR projects.
