Stoneridge Electronics is seeking an HR Business Partner to empower the Örebro operations, partnering with managers and unions, and guiding HR processes locally while aligning with global strategies. You will coach leaders and help develop talent in a fast-paced production setting.

You will report to the HR Manager in Örebro and be part of the Swedish HR team, contributing to HR initiatives across the Nordic region and global HR programs.

Formación

• A university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment laws and legislation.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Experience from a production environment is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and drive the HR cycle and support managers in leadership.
• Establish trusted partnerships with managers and retain/motivate staff.
• Provide operational HR support to meet business objectives and global strategies.
• Collaborate with union representatives and participate in site forums.
• Contribute to HR projects within the Swedish and global organization.
