Ericsson AB is seeking a Strategic Business Manager to join the Strategy & Portfolio team in Core Networks, within BA Cloud Software and Services. The role centers on positioning Intelligent Core and driving growth through AI, cloud, and emerging technologies, translating insights into concrete business initiatives.

You will shape partnerships with CSPs, hyperscalers, and software providers, while incubating opportunities from concept to market validation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, platform ecosystems, product marketing or venture building.
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud, telecommunications, software platforms, or digital infrastructure markets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technology innovation into customer value and commercial growth.
• Experience building ecosystems and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and uncertainty with a pioneering and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Identify new value pools enabled by AI, 6G, Non Terrestrial Networks, Autonomous Networks, and emerging technologies for Intelligent Core.
• Translate complex market and technology developments into clear strategic choices, business opportunities, actions and recommendations.
• Develop strategic partnerships with CSPs, hyperscalers, enterprises, software providers, and ecosystem players.
• Shape and validate new business models, ecosystem plays, and commercialization pathways.
• Secure lighthouse engagements and incubate opportunities from concept to business case and market validation.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to influence portfolio and investment decisions.
• Lead strategic studies, market forecasting, and growth analyses supporting long-term business planning.
