Job summary

Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a Head of Cloud & Solution Sales to lead a team of experts driving Cloud Infrastructure, Solutions and MCN sales. You will shape sales strategy, manage complex deals and collaborate with MAs, Solution Lines and the Core Networks Sales Engagement team to hit ambitious targets.

You will drive cross-portfolio initiatives including Autonomous Networks and AI, foster digitalized and automated processes, and mentor a high-performing group focused on customer value

Qualifications

• MSc/MBA degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in Telecom and IT in BA or MA.
• Strong domain competence in Core Networks and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience from business and/or product management.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
• Experience from direct sales and customer interaction.
• Transformational mindset and AI experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy execution plans and sales tactics for Cloud Infrastructure, Solution and MCN.
• Manage sales funnels for Cloud Infrastructure, Solution and MCN; secure wins of critical deals.
• Collaborate with MAs, SPMs, Commercial Management, Financial analysts and other teams to secure software and services sales.
• Drive cross-portfolio initiatives including Autonomous Networks and AI; lead digitalized, automated processes.
