Job summary

Enity Bank Group is seeking an experienced Business Controller to join the CFO Office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will partner with senior management to drive profitability and growth across the mortgage portfolio and related business lines.

You will build financial models, deliver monthly reporting, and influence pricing and strategic decisions with rigorous analysis, while leveraging BI tools to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Five+ years in business control, FP&A, banking finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial services, lending economics and regulated banking preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and turning analysis into recommendations.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse mortgage portfolios, products, channels, and customer segments.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, forecasts and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Develop profitability models and translate findings into recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Perform scenario analysis on loan growth, funding costs and macro developments.
• Support pricing, product development and strategic initiatives with financial analysis.
