Job summary

BMI Group Sweden is seeking a Finance Controller to safeguard the financial integrity of BMI Sweden legal entities and align operations with strategic priorities from the Malmö office.

You will partner with Nordic leadership to deliver timely reporting, implement robust accounting controls, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Swedish and English fluency is required, with a hands-on, business-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in a comparable finance position with stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial operations with Nordic MD and Finance teams.
• Drive internal controls, statutory reporting, and technical accounting standards.
• Prepare complete and accurate company financial statements and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Implement BMI core technology standards and strengthen governance.
• Oversee external audits and regulatory compliance.
