Job summary

Electrolux Group in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking an early-career Finance Talent to join our Business Controlling team. You will translate financial insights into business decisions and partner with leaders across functions.

Based at our Global Headquarters, you will support monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, build financial models, and drive process improvements in a multinational matrix environment. Fluent English and a degree in Finance or related field are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Audit, Consulting, or a similar finance role.
Strong understanding of financial statements and balance sheet management.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing processes.
Proficiency with advanced Excel and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
Develop and maintain financial models and management reports.
Ensure strong understanding and control of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
