Job summary
Recann in Södertälje seeks an experienced Business Controller for a high-impact on-site assignment supporting the E-Mobility & Battery Systems division of a leading international commercial vehicle manufacturer. You will act as a trusted Business Partner to R&D directors, engineering leaders, and project managers.
You will deliver financial steering, construct business cases for next-generation technology programs, and actively contribute to modernizing financial management processes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Controlling within an international setting.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Proven ability translating data into strategic insights for technical leaders.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Financial Steering & Planning: lead budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning for the R&D battery/charging area.
- Decision Support & Analysis: build robust models and business cases for investments.
- Performance Reporting: monitor and present core R&D KPIs to global management.
- Process Modernization: help design and implement future Controlling tools and methods.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: collaborate with engineering and group finance across locations.
