Job summary
Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking an experienced Business Controller to join a global R&D organization serving the Battery & Charging domain within the commercial vehicle industry. You will partner with R&D leaders to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions and future energy solutions.
You will shape and implement the future financial management model while collaborating with engineering, project management and finance in a fast-changing environment, enabling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
- Strong analytical and digital capabilities including Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and support business performance.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in international environments.
Responsibilities
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Financial analysis, business cases and scenario evaluations that support decision-making.
- KPI tracking, reporting and presentations.
- Develop future Controlling processes, methods and tools.
- Collaborate with R&D leaders, project management and finance across a global organization.
