Job summary

Rasulson Consulting is seeking a Business Controller to join a global R&D organization in the commercial vehicle industry. You will partner with R&D leaders, delivering financial insights and supporting decision-making around battery and charging solutions.

Based in Sweden, you will help evolve the future financial management model while collaborating with engineering, project management and finance teams across a global network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling.
• Experience translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in international environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and digital capabilities (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting support.
• Produce KPI tracking, reporting and presentations.
• Develop business cases and scenario evaluations.
• Collaborate with R&D leaders, project managers and finance colleagues.
• Contribute to shaping future Controlling processes and tools.
