Job summary

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape architecture across Procurement, Finance, Tax, Real Estate, Strategy and People solutions, and to drive digital transformation at scale.

The role requires senior leadership experience, a track record of delivering internet-scale architectures, and the ability to align technology with business strategy in a global retail context.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in product and engineering organizations
• Experience building and leading internet-facing distributed systems
• Experience in driving business-wide digital transformation and change management

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic architecture across enterprise domains
• Lead architecture governance, guardrails, and the roadmap with product and engineering teams
• Collaborate with Retail, Group and Digital leaders to drive transformative change
• Mentor and grow a high-performing architecture and engineering team
• Ensure end-to-end integration across systems and platforms within omni-channel retail
