Job summary

IKEA seeks a Supplier Relations Leader for Enterprise Applications & Business Platforms to own strategic relationships with ERP, procurement and workforce platform providers. You will connect commercial strategies with platform roadmaps and IKEA priorities.

You will drive governance, executive reviews, and joint planning, while leading negotiations and value creation across major software suppliers.

Qualifications

Strong experience in supplier relationship management and procurement.
Experience managing major enterprise software or SaaS suppliers.
Knowledge of ERP, supply-chain and workforce platforms.
Understanding licensing, subscriptions and commercial models.
Experience negotiating complex software agreements.
Ability to connect roadmaps with business transformation needs.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with strategic enterprise application and business-platform suppliers.
Develop supplier strategies aligned with IKEA priorities and roadmaps.
Lead supplier governance, executive reviews and joint business planning.
Drive supplier performance and long-term value creation.
Support complex commercial negotiations and renewals.
Challenge software licensing and consumption models.
Coordinate with Procurement, Digital, Finance and business stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
Mitigate supplier, commercial, operational and technology risks.
Manage escalations and support business continuity.
