IKEA Retail Sweden seeks an engaged Digital Project Leader to drive the rollout of marketing capabilities across the country. You will bridge global program teams with country stakeholders, lead agile delivery, and ensure readiness and adoption of new digital products.

With 5+ years of experience leading digital change, you will plan initiatives, manage risks, and coordinate learning programs with the country P&C. This Helsingborg-based role starts December 2026 and may extend.

Qualifications

• Experience launching digital products and digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading projects, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong change management and stakeholder leadership.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and Technology Leadership.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and deliver digital initiatives to ensure a successful launch in the country.
• Lead gap assessment, identify dependencies and ensure country readiness for the launch.
• Track status, communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks.
• Perform project reporting with milestones and quality/performance follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement of project quality and KPIs.
• Collaborate across Ingka Group initiatives to deploy digital products that drive business results.
• Coordinate learning programs for different target groups in the country.
• Capture learnings and feed back to the global launch team.
