Job summary

IKEA Malmö is seeking an Enterprise Architect, Security to lead security architecture across Ingka’s digital landscape. You will partner with Cyber Security, Privacy, Digital Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Data & AI, and Product teams to enable secure innovation at scale.

You bring a strategic, holistic mindset, translating business priorities into pragmatic architecture direction and guardrails. This role is based in Malmö with relocation support if needed, and a commitment to inclusive

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cyber security, enterprise architecture, and technology architecture.
• Led or significantly contributed to enterprise-wide security architecture transformations in large-scale, global organizations.
• Experience translating business priorities, tech strategy, regulatory expectations, and cyber risk into architecture direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Ingka’s Security Architecture, target state and roadmap.
• Establish reusable security principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Translate security requirements into practical guardrails and automated controls for teams.
• Develop and evolve Cyber Defence Architecture for prevention, detection, response, and observability.
• Shape the AI Security Architecture for secure AI adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on AI-related risks, governance and threat patterns.
• Identify and drive security capabilities, products and services for secure AI and scalable digital innovation.
• Lead cross-domain security architecture resolution and alignment with business priorities.
• Represent the CISO organization in governance and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, digital infra, data & AI, product and engineering leaders.
