Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Supplier Relations Leader for Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & AI Platforms to own strategic relationships with global technology suppliers such as Microsoft, AWS, Oracle and Databricks. You will translate IKEA’s technology priorities into stronger partnerships and long-term value creation, working with internal teams to align commercial strategies with cloud transformations.

The role focuses on shaping partnerships, governance, and negotiations to optimise costs and platform

Qualifications

Experience in supplier relationship management, sourcing or technology commercial management.
Experience with hyperscalers, cloud providers, infrastructure or data platform partners.
Understanding of cloud economics and licensing models.
Ability to translate complex technology and commercial concepts into supplier strategies.

Responsibilities

Own strategic relationships with major cloud, infrastructure, data and AI platform suppliers.
Develop supplier strategies aligned with IKEA’s technology and business priorities.
Lead executive governance, strategic reviews and joint business planning.
Drive supplier performance, development, innovation and long-term value creation.
Support complex commercial negotiations, renewals and strategic agreements.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved commercial governance.
Connect supplier roadmaps with IKEA’s cloud, infrastructure, data and AI strategies.
Build internal negotiation capability for major technology platforms.
