Job summary

Thule Group is seeking a Demand Planner to ensure product availability through accurate forecasts and effective inventory management across its global supply chain.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Supply Planning, maintain ERP forecasts, and drive improvements. Degree in SCM/Business/Engineering with experience in demand planning, strong analytics, Excel and Infor M3 familiarity; fluent English, Swedish a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and balance availability with lean inventories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Supply Planning.
• Maintain forecasts in ERP and support inventory optimization.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
