Zusammenfassung

Mediq Sverige AB is seeking a Demand Planner Nordics based in Kungsbacka to own the local demand plan and to drive the S&OP process. You will partner with Sales, Category, Product Management, Tender and Contract teams, and Supply Planning to ensure a reliable view of demand.

You will connect commercial insight with planning discipline, manage forecasts, and help prevent slow-moving stock while improving inventory health. Fluency in English and Swedish is required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP or a closely related supply chain role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with planning systems; experience with Slimstock or a comparable tool is an advantage.
• Understanding of how forecast quality, availability and inventory health connect to customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborative style with ability to lead meetings and turn analysis into action.
• Professional English and Swedish language skills.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain the baseline and value-added forecast, managing daily, weekly and monthly exceptions.
• Lead local demand and portfolio meetings, including segments and tenders, and prepare the S&OP management meeting.
• Ensure the local demand plan is transferred accurately and on time to Supply Planning; escalate challenges and drive follow-up.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, service level and stock health; collaborate with commercial and supply teams on improvements.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in the local S&OP process and improve information sharing.
