As the Nordic Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager, you will take on a critical, senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for demand and supply planning across the Nordic markets. This is more than a traditional demand planning role – you are accountable for balancing cash, cost, and service by driving accurate forecasting, strong cross-functional alignment, and successful in-market execution.
You will operate at the center of the business, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience, ensuring alignment across both commercial and operational teams. You will own and develop the demand planning agenda, including the S&OP / IBP process, while continuously improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and overall planning performance.
While managing a small number of direct reports, you will lead a broader planning ecosystem of outsourced teams and international stakeholders, playing a key role in enabling efficient, service-driven growth, supporting strategic decisions, and minimizing business waste.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to lead through others, build strong relationships, and create structure in a complex environment will be key to success.
