Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a senior sales consultant to act as a trusted advisor for our data solutions. You will engage in strategic conversations to understand business objectives and tailor demonstrations that translate client needs into actionable product guidance.

In this role you will manage accounts, contribute to territory planning, and collaborate with partners to expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell while maintaining accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years senior sales/consulting experience in technology and/or data.
• 3+ years customer facing new business sales experience.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions based on client needs.
• Customer-centric with proactive problem-solving.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the role of trusted advisor on data through strategic conversations to understand business objectives.
• Actively participate in evaluation stage of sales process and serve as technical advisor for dataset.
• Assist with client facing demonstrations by articulating methodologies and guiding on product capabilities.
• Participate in account planning and provide industry trends to support client/market segmentation.
• Support outbound thought leadership (White Papers, Webinars, Events).
• Maintain knowledge of partner technology, success criteria, and market approach.
• Grow revenue by interpreting client needs and aligning objectives with product capabilities.
• Support sellers in packaging and presenting solutions including ROI.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to develop new opportunities and migrations.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM (e.g., SFDC) and sales tools for planning.
